Qi Gong Workshop

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.

Like any other system of health care, Qi Gong is certainly a highly effective health care practice. Many health care professionals recommend Qi Gong as an important form of alternative complementary medicine.

People do Qi Gong to maintain health, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit.

Our Qi Gong Workshop is open to everyone on every Thursday by Dr Yuhong Xie.
